Express Circuit

Our express circuit is ideal for those "pressed" for time or beginners. The nature of the circuit means no waiting; you just do your set and move to the next machine. So if you have to squeeze in that lunchtime exercise, you can walk into the gym confident that you will walk out having completed a full body workout.

Advanced Circuit and Free Weights

As a natural progression our advanced circuit and free weights provide progressive resistance exercise to increase strength levels and improve functional balance. The staff are well qualified to take you to this next level of strength training appropriate for people with a wide range of fitness levels and health issues.

Special Needs

The Fitness Centre offers 1 on 1 assistance for people who have special needs in conjunction with Curtin Volunteers. This very valuable program has been running since 1982, assisting people with special needs to maintain a healthy lifestyle or sports specific strength training.

Volunteers are Curtin students who have registered with us to assist 2-3 times per week. Our staff match clients with a volunteer from the information supplied. The program involves the volunteer assisting the client in the gym with an exercise program that the staff have designed and demonstrated. The volunteer and client schedule suitable training dates and times to come in so the volunteer can assist each time.

"Shaping Your Future" is our motto, "All Bodies Need Exercise" is our message. Studies show that exercise benefits us all, our job is to help improve all aspects of life through the benefits of regular exercise.

A medical clearance must be obtained to participate in the program.
Come in and experience our friendly and relaxed environment.
